AI-generated answers do not replace official fatwas or advice from qualified Islamic scholars. Irsyad Digital AI shall not be held liable for any actions taken solely based on AI responses. Users are encouraged to consult authoritative religious institutions for definitive rulings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through Irsyad Digital AI, operated by Al-Falah Consultation Services.

1. Digital Product — No Refund Policy

Irsyad Digital AI is a digital subscription service. Once a plan has been activated and access to the platform has been granted, all payments are final and non-refundable. This is consistent with standard SaaS (Software as a Service) practice for digital products.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Double charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • Technical failure: Payment was deducted but your plan was not activated due to a verified system error.
  • Unauthorised transaction: A payment was made without your knowledge or consent (subject to investigation).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@irsyaddigital.com within 3 working days from the transaction date.
  • Include your registered email, transaction date, and description of the issue.
  • Attach proof of payment where available.

  • We target a minimum uptime of 99%, subject to scheduled maintenance.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

4. AI Response Delivery

  • AI-generated responses are delivered in real-time, typically within 5–30 seconds.
  • Response time may vary based on server load and question complexity.
  • All responses are saved to your personal history for future reference.

5. Subscription Activation

  • Subscription begins on the date of successful payment.
