1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Irsyad Digital AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Services Provided

Irsyad Digital AI provides an AI-powered Islamic Q&A platform based on the four major madhabs (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali) with particular emphasis on the Shafi'i madhab. This platform is intended for initial guidance only and does not replace formal religious authority.

3. Important Disclaimer

AI-generated answers do not replace official fatwas or advice from qualified Islamic scholars. Irsyad Digital AI shall not be held liable for any actions taken solely based on AI responses. Users are encouraged to consult authoritative religious institutions for definitive rulings.

3a. Language Output Disclaimer
Irsyad Digital AI does not guarantee that the language used in AI-generated responses will always match the language of the user's question. While the system attempts to detect and respond in the user's language, variations may occur. Irsyad Digital AI will continuously work to improve language accuracy in future updates.

3b. Hadith Authenticity Disclaimer
Irsyad Digital AI does not guarantee that all hadith cited in AI-generated responses are of authenticated (sahih) status. Islamic scholars have long debated the authenticity and grading of various narrations, and scholarly opinions on hadith classification differ. Users are advised to exercise their own discretion and verify hadith references with qualified Islamic scholars or authoritative hadith sources. Irsyad Digital AI is committed to continuously improving the accuracy of its religious content. Viewer's discretion is advised.

4. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from submitting content that is offensive, blasphemous, religiously provocative, or violates any applicable law. Automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription & Payment

All payments are processed securely. Unused quota expires at the end of the subscription period. Subscription renewals are the user's responsibility. For refund and cancellation terms, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Data Privacy & GDPR

Your personal data (name, email, usage data) is collected solely to provide and improve this service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI responses, and platform design are the intellectual property of Irsyad Digital AI (Al-Falah Consultation Services). Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Irsyad Digital AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform.

9. Amendments

Irsyad Digital AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. EU/EEA users retain their rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: ToyyibPay / CommercePay (payment processing); Google (if you use Google Login, subject to Google's Privacy Policy); and authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. Questions and responses are retained for service improvement. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)
